the place is a bit farther from the center, if walking; wifi was also spotty in our room

great location and close to golf course. comfortable bed, clean room & quiet.

room was lovely, well laid out, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and the kitchen area had a kettle, toaster,

thing that was a bit inconvenient was that there was no basin in the bathroom - it was in the kitchenette, which

easy 5 minute walk to the highlands golf club for dinner

tea and coffee facilities, a toaster, microwave and laundry also available to share

well played pool in the bar and ate at the restaurant

they have a bar fridge, toaster, and cattle located in the laundry with tea and coffee provided but you must

there was no breakfast available and no wifi in my room.

staff, food and bar staff were all great

convenient parking

that it says it has a restaurant and bar but it doesn t , it s the club.

great bar fridge

location is amazing, right next to the rsl room service food was from rsl and delicious

noticed that laundry (not used) was free of charge and no one in there

did not provide bathrobe, slipper and there is no laundry service.

beautiful room and beautiful view, parking included, nice staff.

i did in my room, but we couldn't in the kids room

i thought the room service menu could have been a bit more inspiring and was too expensive.

hospitality was fantastic - especially towards the kids

large clean room and very good wifi

parking right at the door

wifi and the hotel phone number (listed) did not work

not enough kitchen facilities

imperial hotel had lots of parking spots

not the hotel's fault but wish this had been closer to the bar so this would have been monitored or noticed by

parking was so close to room door, easy walking into town and the hotel next door

was surprisingly nice given its reasonable price, lovely decor, in the middle of town but quiet, parking with

neat and renovated. good wifi. central location and parking.

easy parking

there is no undercover parking except at front entrance.

the dining/breakfast/bar staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome and comfortable

staff, quality of food and service, vintage decor, quality facilities such as a gym, tennis court and

the indoor heated swimming pool was an added bonus

property requires a working gym

breakfast was lovely. staff attentive

the staff were very friendly. breakfast was lovely.

breakfast excellent-the whole place was perfect a home away from home

it needs a bar fridge atleast in the room and maybe room to put your clothes

wifi didnt work in room 14

you can't expect everything in a hotel it didn't have a bar fridge but that was okay

easy to find. open very late for check in. parking (limited) on site. easy to find room

there was no bar fridge.

i wanted to order room service and no menu

my son really enjoyed the pool

we wandered down near the golf course, thought the tennis courts were great though

the bar area is lovely but needs more chairs and couches.

location of the parking facilities

2 shared bathrooms and tea and coffee facilities just outside our rooms and a nightcap at the bar next door

food downstairs at the bar was delicious and staff really friendly

behind the bar staff could be friendlier.

kitchen and rooms upstairs were quaint and clean

was fully booked due to large numbers in town a wedding next day but the angels behind the bar juggled things

no reception staff no room service, no restaurant/bar, no in room tea/coffee, ironing board, hair dryer, no

no room service till we requested twice and only done till 5

the free wifi

of the showers had no hot water and while i could connect to wifi in my computer i couldn t in my phone

as for the room service, it is surprising

great courtyard for group dining and bbq as well as big fireplace fit for winter

even though they re in the same location ud83eudd37ud83cudffb quite confusing wifi coverage not

ample parking easy access on and off the

wifi also didnt work

in the cottage fireplace is a rat or possum

love that there was a seating area and kitchen

what we wasn t informed about, was no room service on the night of our checkin (due to fully booked restaurant

hotel was a charming country style hotel with a beautiful bar and restaurant

beds super comfy and we learnt in our stay that it is also pet friendly

booked a room with a kitchenette but obviously there was no kitchenette in the room

the pool is a lot smaller than the photo and there are no sun loungers

outlook over the grassy green golf course, facilities amazing, the kids loved seeing the wombats in the area

and the balsamic vinegar and bolognaise sauce purchases from the kitchen are delicious

the kitchen was large with all necessary appliances

the kitchen was well stocked, with everything you need
