we enjoyed the stay. the room, bed and morning breakfast was great.

there are several driveways and the hotel entrance is behind the parking lot and not clearly apparent

the only point of improvement i would suggest is better lighting for the outdoor walkway and parking

i loved our room, loved the spa robes and the technicians at the spa were very professional and friendly

would have tried the pool, but weather didn't cooperate

nice clean rooms , pool looked nice although didn’t use. vending machine was nice

our last night there, for whatever reason, there were a ton of kids and they were running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors

having such a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi speaks very well of your business

a lot of kids running in hallway after 12 night.

on arrival they had popcorn for the kids, a happy hour with drinks and food from 1730-1900, and access to a pool, hot tub and gym, with

everything was great from the kindness and efficiency of the staff to the delicious breakfast and the modern, luxurious room

room service was quick and delicious

access to cleveland clinic and ease of obtaining shuttle service as needed

breakfast was a little late getting started and we weren't crazy about the buffet when they had it

excellent location, amenities, room service and staff was very helpful!

and the gyms are usually great too

bonuses: it was well priced, & pet friendly with no pet fee

gave the kids welcome snacks loved the happy hour, fantastic selection of wines,had some champagne & craft

coffee available for breakfast in lobby was all i wanted

only complaint would be room service came in togo containers
