kids in the jacuzzi with us but everything else was great

the friendly and helpful staff, the location within walking distance of many attractions, the pool and hot tub, the overall look of the hotel, and the free evening kickback and morning

i appreciated the extras -- early check in and check out

we also enjoyed the quaint bar for cocktails and the free breakfast was first rate

view was amazing from our room snd the pool was perfect

pool was occupied my groups of young children every time i went to use the pool. no hot tub.

the hotel was very accommodating for several issues we had

maggie and her team did a great job of making the weekend special for the kids by putting letters to santa and cookies in the room

the spa tub was nice and for the price of the room we were happy with it.

the spa bath had hairs and a ring on it

drain plug was tricky on spa tub!!

out it was no longer a pool at last minute not really an issue cuz had that king spa suite with the spa

we had reserved 2 king suites with jacuzzis&spa bath

in was unfriendly and impatient, the floor in the room was dirty, the lighting was poor, the pool was closed, the light for the pool shone right in our room causing it to be very bright all

unfortunately they are shutting down the pool

that it was clean and staff was nice. the late check out

the pool area was a great we had it all to ourselves

and very thin bath towels reminded my of a gym

we loved the setup of our room, the pool, and the breakfast was delicious!

the kids enjoyed the swimming

we also booked spa treatments and they were fabulous

messages and spa were fantastic.

it was a peaceful experience overall, and extremely convenient to have the spa and restaurant all inside one location

there are several driveways and the hotel entrance is behind the parking lot and not clearly apparent
