the restaurant and bar was a real treat

people in the highlands are so trusting, they leave a self service for the bar and restaurant.

the room a little cramped and the beds were a little small for our teenage daughters (better for kids < 12 years) but we managed for the night especially wirh the wonderful view out the windows

the staff were extremely accommodating and so friendly, they even made the kids a special mocktail which they loved

awesome bar at the property with beer garden too for bar billiards & bean bag game

andrew the owner is such a pleasant lovely man who couldn't do enough for us excellent bar with good choice of music on the jukebox

was better than expected, great value for money, food was great well stocked bar and prices to match

restaurant and bar are open until 8 pm and they serve very delicious meals and foods

wine menu great, bar and restaurant staff, great chatty friendly

the restaurant is worth a visit, and the bar area is a good place to relax and chat with the locals

the fact you have a gym because i like to stay fit was good and steff were very helpful

we asked for a late check out which they were happy to oblige and was very helpful to us

hotel seemed to be run by kids. stood at bar talking about customers that had complaints.

brilliant coffee machine in the room and the room service was excellent

pool light for my girlfriend to do her make up, she was getting so annoyed she was tempted to go

early morning room service was not good. the staff didn't do the beds

it had a nice room, excellent wifi, great breakfast, and has been remodeled so it is modern but also traditional victorian

piles of dirty laundry in hallways all afternoon/evening and morning would like a

each morning we were woken up before 9am asking for room service

we were a bit worried that the loud and lively noise of the bar would travel up to the room (we've had a nightmare with that before) but you couldn't hear a

live music on the saturday evening was excellent and even though the bar was filled with locals they were all so welcoming to a new face and made me feel really welcome

loved the room and the restaurant and bar downstairs!

walk about 200m down the road for a great bar with fish and chips, get reception to book you a bus to a nearby restaurant with a view of the

location is nice next to a tourist museum on nessie particularly good for kids

bathroom cold room dirty carpet bad breakfast tv was smaller than my kids computer monitor

staff very friendly and welcoming, got early check in and even they upgrade my room :)

it would have been nice to have a laundry room available in the hotel as we were a

money free hot drinks from the machine was a nice touch would stay here again as central and good parking

don't like the noise from the kids to many

and the food was fabulous the room was spotless with lovely clean fresh bedding and towels the bar was available in the evening with an amazing variety of whiskies if you enjoy it

whisky bar with 100 whiskies on it was an excellent bonus if you like to try different whiskies
