wifi was interrupting sometimes on my phone

bar area had a lovely cosy feel and breakfast perfect

also no problem with parking

the room was clean, had everything we needed and there were a lot of parking spaces

it was cold in conservatory having breakfast

clear instructions for parking, check in and breakfast

easy to find, great parking, handy for everything!

the wifi did not work in our room, number 6. we had to go downstairs for it.

to eden court theatre you will not find a better location, 5 minute walk and there are plenty of parking spaces

the parking lot is tight but we had a space and that is all that matters

big clean comfortable room, excellent friendly staff, warm and welcoming and lovely breakfast

room was above laundry and beside car park so noisy and housekeeping staff seemed to like banging the laundry

thier wasn t a lounge bar as such only downfall

the wifi did not work well which was a problem for my daughter working on class work

free wifi deliberately too slow to be really useful

30/7am by delivery/laundry/refuse/recycling trucks, which kept engines running & revving, loud voices

they say they are pet friendly and in fact charge a surcharge for pets there is no where you can eat your

free wifi and good buffet breakfast

room with deliveries and laundry right below us

times was pretty early so if could have option to be bit later or even room service breakfast would be great

bar was lovely, open 24 hours with 24 hour pizza room service

went to ask for a room service menu as our room was missing one and you d thought we d bothered her but

restaurant closed but room service in place due to covid so you can order your meal and it will be delivered

however, we could hear the music from the downstairs bar (not too loud, though), the wifi range did not apparently

hear in the room no light in the room only small bed light dusty everywhere tv not working the wifi either

of busy bar staff who pretty much dropped everything to lead me to my room

the music and food downstairs in the bar was really good

lounge / bar area was empty and no atmosphere but that could just be because it s january and was midweek

the hotel was great and had a fantastic bar with a nice selection of whiskey & cocktails

the fact they never wiped the tables between guests in the bar area

the beds are exceptionally comfortable and we had a family room so both kids had their own single bed and we

lovely staff. relaxing bar area and clean comfortable room

live music on the saturday evening was excellent and even though the bar was filled with locals they were all

parking is difficult, we got lucky

the chambermaid just threw the dirty laundry on the dirty concrete deck outside instead of a clean laundry tub

that at 4am trucks turned up, at the back of the hotel, to empty bins and take away the dirty laundry etc and

everything!!!! wifi isn't the best but that didn't impact on us having a fabulous weekend!!!

room walls are thin, our room neighbours were very noisy upto 2 am (mother and 2 kids)

for having the pet very expensive, especially when we didn't ask or get a cleaner for the interim night

very comfortable, hotel next door to train station that helped alot with getting train home with kids, i choose

staff are excellent and pet friendly great welcome nothing too much bother

the fact you have a gym because i like to stay fit was good and steff were very helpful

the only thing my son could have was pizza so we ended up eating out a few nights where they did kids options

wifi didn't work and gsm signal is just enough for phone calls

was no wifi in the rooms and no service for internet from your phone as its quite remote

the wifi could have done with a booster and the breakfast at 10 pp was a little steep

great location, great food and drinks. beautiful scenery and good parking facilities.
