pet friendly hotel

clean, good location near restaurant/stores / trick &trailer parking

responsive and accommodating, secure, big room, microwave and mini fridge, aircon, balcony, free parking, great

wifi was strong

accessibility, staff, ease of checking in, parking.

wifi was down for two days but that's not the hotel's fault

light bull in bathroom was missing shower in the dark, floor where dirty my socks were full of pet hair and dirt

room was small wifi very poor even for the front desk.

laundry was available when i wanted to use it

i wasn't informed i had to pay for wifi so didn't use my computer

that it has free laundry

there was no wifi the entire stay

kitchenette and laundry.

the room was clean ud83dudc4c and the hot breakfast was just right

small parking lot.

breakfast was fantastic, rooms were clean, staff was friendly!

on second day wifi was down

it’s in a very convenient place for us with kids/grandkids in the area

breakfast

staff make it a staycation and i like the laundry on site

views from the room. seating on the water and bar inside and outside. staff was very friendly.

didnt get the free breakfast you offered .they said i did not rate it going thru you.

gym is the best we have encountered

parking was a bit of a trek but not bad.

my room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering every modern convenience i could

the room was decent size, with a great small kitchen and a super comfortable bed

availability of kitchenette, comfortable, location adjacent to river walk,

very clean, made me feel welcome, professional staff, amazing breakfast buffet

pool was clean and well maintained

the pet friendliness is great although fee is

2- i requested to changes some smeared bed sheets and even took them off and put them aside for room service

later that evening we decided to use the credit, but the room service delivery fee is $5 so we waited downstairs

restaurant bar had a good vibe and friendly wait staff

bar was not very busy in the morning and the bar tenders took awhile to help out

i had gone to bellevue with friends to get away from our little kids and have a good night rest

location, nice room, huge tv, good water pressure and heat, gym amenities, and connections to other buildings

room service was top notch

kids running up and down the halls after quiet time. also no hot tub.

the room service breakfast was very good

simple feedback: the wifi did not work at the gym. would appreciate if you look into this.

breakfast room service was good

no real bar or breakfast venue, and the room service menu is extremely limited

no real bar or breakfast venue, and the room service menu is extremely limited

lobby bar was surprisingly good

it sounded like kids running hard well into the night, and things falling so loud it shook the room i was in

need brighter lights in the kitchen

i proceeded to explain how the smell of pot was in my room and that i have 2 small kids

didn't get any area or facility instructions, like where was the gym, etc

would have liked to see pet policy/charges listed up front on booking.com site.

do not like early check in fee!

room was nice, breakfast was ok but always the same. location is good.

kind of difficult to get to downtown seattle from there if u miss the shuttle

very pet friendly atmosphere, minus the fees

believe the pool can safely be open with limitations and the breakfast can be safely served, even during covid

staff is super friendly and helpful. kitchen is equipped.

pet friendly

great location and pool for our needs

outside pool was perfect for the 90+ degree day. love the kitchen

very quiet place, nice small kitchen for making breakfast

was very impressed with the breakfast

would have loved real/cooked oatmeal for breakfast rather than instant oatmeal.

i like that the breakfast was included

will absolutely stay here again for the great gym and free breakfast

indoor pool good for kids

was horrible, tiny refrigerator was on the floor, hard to access, the dog next door barked a lot, kids running

of giving discount for letting people waiting for hours they charge deposit plus 15 dollars for parking lot,

continental breakfast was very basic

breakfast is good

was horrible, tiny refrigerator was on the floor, hard to access, the dog next door barked a lot, kids running

loud at night and kids upstarts running all night long

it had a small kitchenette which was old cabinets and no dishware to utilize and fridge door opened wrong way

the breakfast was great

don't clean the room the smell nasty '' oh my goodness i clock out and the 2 day my kids was sick '' cause the

would like breakfast hours to be extended some on weekends

stayed in the big room and it was great to have a living room and a kitchen

in addition the kitchen pan was so low quality it burned and the smell stayed on all of our clothes and in the

kids running up and down halls screaming

lots of parking with no extra fees

we were glad to have a laundry room since we were stuck in seattle toe due to a cancelled flight

parking

the sound carries…our upstairs neighbors woke my kids up doing “adult activities”

want a refund they kicked me out before my paid stay didnt let me pay a pet fee discriminated me screamed at me

that it had a laundry facility there.

the kitchen had nothing in it. not even cups. strange.

people in stairwells and parking lot at all hours

rate, clean room and what i like the most about extended stay is that they have a full kitchen microwave

unable to connect to wifi

wifi was poor - door entry system was initially confusing

refrig in room, wifi

the kitchen door was open and that led to a back door left wide open with no one to be found

those who travel without data in the cell phone, depending only in the wifi, the self-managed booking in system

carpet looked dirty, wall paper peeling, not enough parking, ice machine did not work

airport next to us was fun watch, cameras on parking lot

i sorry i missed that breakfast.

nothing worked laundry spa pool jaccuzzi ice machine new carpet ugly

boiled eggs and toast is not breakfast. you should clarify what the free breakfast really is.

the shower was a glass box in the room with the bed and the sink doubled as a bathroom and kitchenette sink

was a little bit confusing having to download the app to figure out the wifi--i'd rather have it in-room

wifi was good and stable

also, the tv wifi kept going down

many things like towels, tissue box, hair dryer, new soaps and shampoos and conditioner, strong wifi, has a tv

hotel was 4-starts, but not 4-1/2 stars! gym was too cramped. tub/shower was old.

the hotels restaurant breakfast was wonderfuland the staff was very friendly

room service was great (and almost impossible to find anywhere else), anything i needed was quickly

very accommodating place. took our pet at low flat fee of $50. great restaraunt for breakfast!!

would love to have 24 hour room service at this hotel, most people do not return to their hotel room by 11 pm

full of homeless people and drug addicts which wasn't great with kids

location. nice gym. good size rooms. large bathroom.

we enjoyed a complimentary buffet breakfast, that was great

very noisy air-conditioning. in the evening no restaurant, nor bar nor room service. overpriced.

staff were friendly, beds were very comfortable, awesome history, beautiful bar and dome room

excellent stay. great view of the sea from the room! very good gym facilities

the gym was nice, and having laundry service in the hotel was a great perk

a bit scary to see that when you have little kids in the room too

was horrible, coming from out of town with small kids didn’t like the fact that it was hard to find parking

this area i felt way more safe for my kids and myself

the gym could have more freeweights + the bicycle was not functional (logged out lol)

it was so clean and it s kitchen was equipped very well.

even the kitchen had everything you needed

king room was a studio style apartment with limited kitchen facilities and bathroom with shower over bath

the kitchen was great, and everything was high quality

close to the city cente clean, comfortable and spacious room fully equipped kitchen

apartment, clean, comfortable, had well appointed kitchen, not too far to walk downtown or capitol hill
