was no wifi and i needed to tell my family that i was ok

helpful staffud83dude00 pet friendlyud83dudc15 conveniently located close to my race.

wifi was very slow, and the price was a bit on the high side for it being under

accessibility, staff, ease of checking in, parking.

it would be nice with estimated times on guest laundry appliances

the pool was nice except it would be helpful for those of that have a fear of falling, to have rubber

it was very close to our kids house and it was very convenient

there was also a brewery literally just behind the parking lot

the facilities for the pool the gym the breakfast area all so clean and nice

my kids loved the pool

wifi was down for two days but that's not the hotel's fault

light bull in bathroom was missing shower in the dark, floor where dirty my socks were full of pet hair and dirt

room was small wifi very poor even for the front desk.

laundry was available when i wanted to use it

i wasn't informed i had to pay for wifi so didn't use my computer

bars of soap in the rooms would be nice

this parking lot is super tight and unforgiving if driving a large vehicle.

all my kids love the waffles in the morning

the breakfast was a nice assortment of baked goods, drinks and cereals.

just the breakfast

liked having the kitchen facilities

friendly, helpful staff and laundry facilities for guests on site

the pet friendliness is great although fee is

pet fees should be refundable if the apartment is clean

location, ambiance, comfortable, breakfast, pool, kind staff

pool, hot tub, gym, bar and lounge area are super clean and well maintained

lobby is beautiful and the property offers a great spread for breakfast

hot tub hours maybe have a curfew for kids

modern and clean. kitchen in the room.

tasty breakfast included

breakfast ..

i missed breakfast

were lots of homeless people roaming around there wasn't enough parking and it could have been a lot cleaner

complimentary breakfast was basic as it comes... (bagels and oatmeal)

i missed breakfast but that's okay.

i needed a pet free room due to allergies and they still tried to give me a pet room after explaining the

lots of parking, nice pool, great breakfast, reasonable rates

was a sleepless night as kids ran down the hallway and then woke up at 5am with music blaring from the front

not necessarily bad, just if there were a lot of kids there, you couldn't have a good time

very clean, great amenities including fitness room, pool, and hot breakfast.

reusable silverware, kitchen garbage, kitchen supplies would be useful

refrig in room, wifi

good wifi signal too

great - good location with parking, clean bathroom with cute amenities, stylishly appointed, good wifi

the kitchen door was open and that led to a back door left wide open with no one to be found

the shower was a glass box in the room with the bed and the sink doubled as a bathroom and kitchenette sink

also, the tv wifi kept going down

wifi was good and stable

many things like towels, tissue box, hair dryer, new soaps and shampoos and conditioner, strong wifi, has a tv

was a little bit confusing having to download the app to figure out the wifi--i'd rather have it in-room

from the bar to the room to the staff great customer service in a very busy time (t swift

the gym is small but serviceable

didn t have room service and they share that they have an indoor pool and hot tub in there add but they really

cocktails at the polar bar are simply amazing

location. nice gym. good size rooms. large bathroom.

the room was well/m-equipped with everything one could need from a kitchen including dishes, cutlery, pans,

took the stairs down and found the stair well dirty and i ended up in a kitchen prep area, not in the lobby like

and that there was a bistro and bar connected to the hotel

this area i felt way more safe for my kids and myself

when we checked in we were told that the food was for 2 adults and 2 kids so we still had to pay for breakfast

walls in our room were dirty. broken bike in the gym

was horrible climbing 12 flights with luggage and kids more than once

in room too expensive not a large selection gym equipment not in room and in fitness center not very good room

fantastic staff!!! great room!!! continental breakfast is outstanding.

the judge and fig restaurant had a really good breakfast choice.

the shower should have a bar that can put towels.

i expected to have a secure wifi network and was not happy to only have access to an unsecure option

great location. rooms were modern, comfortable and the bed was great. good bar and food options.

staff were super friendly, allowed early check in at 12, kept our bags after checkout for free.

parking if you have a car rental -no gym -tv only supports chromecast or its own channels -great wifi, but

it was so clean and it s kitchen was equipped very well.

gym was dirty.

king room was a studio style apartment with limited kitchen facilities and bathroom with shower over bath

kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need to cook

my spacious, bright and comfortable room was fully and thoughtfully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances

close to the city cente clean, comfortable and spacious room fully equipped kitchen

apartment, clean, comfortable, had well appointed kitchen, not too far to walk downtown or capitol hill

could hear the phone alarm in the room next to us go off, not much soundproofing at all, wifi they claim is a

breakfast good and we enjoyed the cappuccinos very much

good breakfast in the restaurant and liked the text concierge service

very comfortable room. the food from room service was outstanding.

district so everything was closed outside of standard business hours in the neighborhood, wifi connection was

an incredibly pet friendly location

they don t have swimming pool, kids don t have place to play at hotel.

great location, cool bar and cordial staff. great experience!

the gym was small but decent

the restaurant menu was a little too advanced for a family with kids.

gym has limited equipment, the common steam and sauna not always hot

from the porter and the doorman to the front desk to the spa staff were kind and considerate in typical 4 seasons

also the staff went above and beyond for the kids by giving them their own robes and a little baggy of treats

breakfast service by the lobby is rather slow

the spa was excellent! the staff very polite and friendly. the food is excellent too.

was disappointed that the hotel never had a bar or restaurant facilities, although right next door you can grab

hotel's calling card and didn't really bother my wife and i but could see families with smaller kids not enjoying

the daily free pint of beer in the evening was a nice bonus, as was the free wifi

decor, comfortable beds, extra amenities such as tickets on the monorail for our concert and a gym all for the

amenities are streamlined- room service provided by nearby cafe, no full bar, no mini bar in the room, etc

early check in

room service at night, food ends when the restaurant closes, which is unusual in a higher end

king bed with pull out for 2 adults and 2 kids, pull out way too small for 2 kids

booked the hotel because it was listed as being very family friendly, with child amenities that kids would enjoy

lounge bar and fireplace was cozy and had a great vibe, but the relish burger restaurant wasn't quite upscale

there's a gym at the basement, which i found very useful

the room was perfect! loved having a kitchen, a view of the great wheel and a tv with roku.

the room itself was incredibly clean and we enjoyed that the kitchen had cooking wear and dishes

suite was spacious and had anything i could possibly need - a full kitchen, laundry machine and drier (2 in 1)

great location, full kitchen, close to awesome restaurants and coffee shops

spotty wifi

my room was above the bar which attracted noise into the night, and two loud generators were located directly

wifi didn't work and wasn't fixed

wifi was unusable - it disconnected often and when it was connected, it was slow

i have nothing negative to say. located above a bar .

the front staff were very accommodating - giving us an extended late check out- but i was really tired that

the room, amenities , location was perfect-would be nice to have a small bar within the inn but there are plenty

room service, the bathrobes, delivery laundry service on an off day, everything.

nice bathroom, mini-bar & prompt room service

room was newly renovated with a huge spa bathroom

we took advantage of the shuttle service to explore seattle and the room service was fantastic

love that they had a peloton in their gym! all the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

the service at the front desk and with the shuttle was utterly superior

did not have their car services available to drop off guests within a two mile radius and their gym was not

to have an upgrade so our rooms could be connecting- but the hotel never changed it so our kids were in a room

from pike street market and the water, with coffee shop/cafe on the premises and restaurant and bar steps away

bare bones rooms, but comfortable beds

no soap dispenser of tray for the provided bar soap

was super noisy every night until 1am - music from a restaurant or a bar nearby

the wifi is very poor, you may as well turn it off and rely on the phone's connection.

a large suite was perfect for nap time with little kids

restaurant/room service was awesome

wifi is present but not amazing - the login portal didn t work that well and i could not get it

small bar with coffee maker and refrigerator

the bar is good too with wines by the glass and cocktails
