pool wasn't working with the weather in the high 90s

like they have never been cleaned room stunk very dirty on walkway to room advertised outdoor pool open, it had 1 foot of dirty green water in it stacks of waste material around

the area it was located in. the pool and that they gave us a 1st floor.

on the balconies below, asked for 2 towels to replace the 2 that we used so we could go to the pool, staff never gave them

staff above and beyond courteous, well worth it, bed extremely comfortable, quaint bed and breakfast, porches for sight seeing, delicious smorgasbord, great location

i liked the fact that we were able to go out to the parking lot from the kitchen back door in the apartment/hotel room

wasn’t clearly marked on where the entrance was for the breakfast

thought we were staying at big hotel further down with the pool

breakfast was wonderful, even the cleaning staff were nice, talkative, and helped hold a door for

lots of amenities, the mini golf was great!

my kids loved the game room

loved the pools petting zoo and mini golf

3 pools, basketball court , mini golf, petting zoo

hot tub was always crowded with kids jumping, screaming and swimming in it

and i wish the pool stayed open a little later evening swims are so relaxing

would be nice to have lights at night in play area next to pool for the kids.

hotel is lovely and the spa is one of the most beautiful i've ever been to

first class resort in the back woods of lancaster that has a spa and restaurant on the premises

view of parking lot. loud guest after midnight in parking lot and hallway after a wedding party.

experience was wonderful from the time i got out my car and was greeted with the doorman to the spa services

i love that they welcome dogs and there is no extra pet fee

the studio that we stayed in had a sleeper, queen size bed, table, kitchen, and bath

we loved the pierre with its kitchen, lr, dr, 2 bdrm, and bath

loved the children's 'kitchen

although we had to walk across the street for breakfast, they gave us vouchers for each person and

loved the breakfast place

i will recommend the inn and spa very highly

accommodations like billiards room, pool, laundry area, workout area , and a very nice breakfast area with nice variety breakfast foods
