the house and rooms, the comfortable bed, plentiful coffee and treats and the delicious 5 course breakfast, yes

the staff was friendly and helpful, the spa was superb

the spa next door is wonderful

inn & spa at intercourse village was absolutely wonderful

any veteran b&b frequenters to find any establishment that could measure up to the inn and spa in intercourse pa

i love that they welcome dogs and there is no extra pet fee

hot tub was always crowded with kids jumping, screaming and swimming in it

grounds with a petting zoo, lake full of koi and ducks, mini golf on premises and a turkey hill ice cream parlor

pool and hot tub was excellent and keep in excellent condition

the pool was good. everything was good except the hot tub. the hot tub was outstanding.

arcade/entertainment area could use a little updating, but my kids didn't care

i liked the fact that we were able to go out to the parking lot from the kitchen back door in the apartment/hotel room

property; beautiful views; well maintained; clean quiet pool; perfect location within walking distance of sight & sound theater

the grounds were well kept and the animal petting zoo area was perfect for my kids

family beside our room had 3 small kids that screamed well into the night, and were up very early as well

pool wasn't working with the weather in the high 90s

on the balconies below, asked for 2 towels to replace the 2 that we used so we could go to the pool, staff never gave them

like they have never been cleaned room stunk very dirty on walkway to room advertised outdoor pool open, it had 1 foot of dirty green water in it stacks of waste material around

the area it was located in. the pool and that they gave us a 1st floor.
