were roomed basically in the basement were the laundry room was,the smell was awful walking through to the room,other guests at hotel were awful

we just enjoy staying at the grand,we like the spa bath.

dirty threadbare carpets and laundry baskets on the corridors with used sheets spilling out of them, this was at 12am so not

late finished early an that the food finished at 9pm should of carried on abit later parking an wifi was not free which was a downside
