the only problem i found was not getting any help with the luggage, i was traveling with my two kids, to stay in costa rica for 20 days, i brought 4 bags and i didn t not received any help from

driver for the airport shuttle waited for us for 3 hours--because it took that long to go through immigration

combines shuttle service to/from the airport and a close location to the the city

nice location we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the hotel the swimming pool, hot jacuzzi and gym is not too big but very

room service only until 10pm and from 8 am.

late arrivals someone has to physically open the gate to the parking lot

gym was quite minimal and the machines were very old (the gym is one of the reasons i chose this (+) great gym (+)everything but the gym was top shelf.... including the location! (-)when it grows up it wants to be a gymnasium (-)gym facility needs maintenance, the running mill is not working and there is no other way to do (+) the hotel has a decent gym for working out (-)gym was closed and there were not other amenities offered to guests besides the free breakfast (-) the gym was very small and the entire hotel looked nicer on photos (-) the hotel is nice and comfortable, but it's hard to do things at night and it feels old (the gym, for (-)gym could bd better stuffed and with mote working machines (+)close to all restaurants and shops. good bar area with live music. gym is convenient.
