the odor & color of laundry seems they're not using laundry detergent

didn’t suit us, we had booked for convenience of location and laundry facilities and should have looked at area closer before booking - they were very fair and

laundry room was not working and closed off

i chose this hotel for the laundry but the laundry facilities were leaking and not working

oh and i understand co vid protocols but why do i gotta go to the laundry room for towels and toilet paper

were informed breakfast would be served at 9:00 am as we head out for breakfast it was over

the pool and how comfy it was

i paid $120 more to stay at this hotel because of the “gym and breakfast

the gym was not good. treadmill didn’t work!!

the views were beautiful. the hotel it's self was very nice and it had the best gym/ spa.

everything needs to be changed in a room and the most important- you can’t close sauna and gym at 7 pm, especially when there is a storm outside and nothing else to do

would have liked to i go swimming, that's one of the reasons i picked this place ,indoor swimming pool, did not state on website that the pool was closed

there is laundry for guests that is easily accessible right off the lobby

though we did not use the indoor pool, it's nice to know that the indoor pool was available and heated

the guest laundry room is tiny and when the door is closed and the dryer running it gets extremely hot as if

the staff is very nice, the hotel is extremely clean, and there additional amenities (pool, breakfast, etc) are all well kept
