homeless people hanging around in the back parking lot at night, didn't feel safe walking to my car at

the wifi was horrible

how the bathroom didn t come with shampoo, or a blowdryer & there wasn t any free wifi.

beggars and homeless people constantly in the parking lot. police patrolling very comforting.

in-house bar and restaurant really convenient.

asked room service to return at a later time (they came knockin at 8am and we were still sleeping),

there's a chipotle, jamba juice and pizza place in the hotel parking lot, which we found super helpful

i really appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. it was easy and very convenient.

also i had to lay extra for my kids, i've never been charged extra for children
