beautiful place to stay. the room was exceptional! the pool & poolside bar were great!

dining room told us they were completely full, but didn't mention having a bar across the hall

understaffed, terrible wifi, no early am coffee.

to the elevator when i did ask for this when booking online - not so many taxes and charges for room service

due to it being memorial day weekend, place was overrun with kids

people and pet friendly the lady that made us waffles was amazing.

i loved their breakfast. the color of the rooms were great. the view of the pool was amazing.

one thing we didnt like was the parking spots close to our room was always taken and we had to park way down

i booked a non-smoking room and got one, it did not smell like smoke at all but my neighbor apparently smoked

we arrived in the evening and there was a whole bunch of construction workers outside in the parking lot

only things that irked me big time was the crappy wifi connection

didn t like anything the wifi barely work at the only good thing is that it had lights and tv channels

laundry right next door grocery store and dollar store and i think it was a walgreen afew blocks

wifi was great, pool was excellent, location and customer service was perfect

not very far from clearwater beach and free parking and wifi

also kitchens had some plates, but otherwise minimal cooking items

24/7 pie airport shuttle, well-kept hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. thank you!

we decided to have no room service because we just prefer not to, we never need them anyway to come clean up
