loved the pool and seating area

we had the family suite, with a huge kitchen counter & cooktop

also kitchens had some plates, but otherwise minimal cooking items

the room had sufficient space with two queen beds, with a kitchen area that provided a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and two-burner induction stove

basic … no laundry bags, no water, no coffee so had to walk early am to find an open store…

location was great, service was phenomenal and the private beach and rooftop pool was pleasant.

the breakfast bar area was clean and well-maintained

very spacious with separate bedrooms, a. tv room and kitchen

staff was really nice and pool was very clean and relaxing

the pool and gym as clean, the grill area was relaxing and you feel an evening breeze

i loved my room the pool and the lobby area

the fact that they had a free shuttle to the airport was excellent

were able to get early check in, and found the pool area lovely

my husband and kids booked me a lovely spa day and night at the resort because it's been such a stressful year

they advertise they have 3 pools and kids 10 and under stay free but 2 of those pools are 16 years old and up and the other has the bar

had no issues with the wifi and the little water stations on each floor were nice for filling up a bottle

staff was great. got us a very early check in so we could change for a wedding.
