the parking lot is a little tight if you have something bigger than a compact car.

but when i checked out they told me my laundry cost $69 dollars

there is free parking

hotel room was spacious and the breakfast was amazing

kids running through the halls were making a lot of noise which could be heard throughout the

friends staying on other floors (card only allows you to take lift to your floor) or go to the pool without

no swimming pool

wifi was not very strong and i ended up not using it at all, but i had phone service so it was not

but they have a good gym

room service was great

my daughter wanted to go to gym but she was under age. but gym was great

breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of of variety and plenty of

the breakfast is amazing and the pool and spa rooms are just phenomenal

to the spa was a bit tricky since we were staying on the other building

the on-site restaurant serves delicious local and international dishes, and the breakfast buffet is a highlight

we enjoyed a good breakfast with a pleasant neighborhood view

the view from the rooftop was breathtaking and the breakfast had plenty options available from traditional to

including a selection of dining options, a fantastic pool/ spa area and a well appointed gym

put cups/glasses in the bathroom - at arrival the guest should be made aware of the facilities (gym/pool/rooftop

one specific instance: i took a laundry bag from the room, and the receptionist treated me like i was stealing

nice lobby-reception including bar at front

there was no wifi

gym is still not open

i chose this hotel (apart from the location and price) was the fact that it showed it had a gym

very clean and well layed out. great breakfast and restaurant

staff, the hotel is located close to metro station which is convenient, good restaurant, secured parking, spacious

we used the gym and sauna too also, the breakfast buffet was incredible

lobby restaurant and bar was a nice place to have dinner and a few drinks while we adjusted our travel plans

there is tea and coffee almost all day long, the rooms are big and beds are quite comfy, the gym is also pretty

nice location and a free garage parking

the breakfast was bad wasn t that good :(

room service

wifi was the worst

it is located in a bar zone, not nice for a family group.

she sorted out onward transport for us and arranged a breakfast box and coffee to be ready for us at 4

they offer a free airport shuttle as well which made my arrival much easier

building, large room, staff were very pleasant, breakfast was lovely and little extra touches to make the stay

breakfast was very poor

the hotel breakfast was tasty, too

only staff (just one person for front desk, breakfast, door, anything else), a girl during the day a boy at

breakfast of eggs, toast, croissants and juice was delicious

fast wifi

despite the fact that it's a boutique hotel, it has a spa with full facilities

also the parking means that you drive into the narrow 2-car garage - the wider car than hyundai tucson will

parking was in their garage, completely secure

a shock, no noise isolation for a very noisy area - and crucially non-working / extremely slow wifi

breakfast was good the stuff was amazing

the hotel serves full breakfast including fresh made fruits juice

breakfast buffet plus scrambled eggs made by roberto

he was so kind and helpful, bringing us extra pillows when we wanted them and making breakfast for us early

the breakfast was very good the room service was good but a tad expensive

wifi code system is still complicated

just one floor up is a classy restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor seating

it has a workout gym which has numerous machines and makes a workout as easy to accomplish as any gym we have

even with large groups staying there, the breakfast staff was on top of everything

the room is big, clean, with a mini fridge, kitchen sink

location to la floresta, great laundry facilities & spacious serviced apartment

clean room (though the floor was prone to getting dirty), at the front of the hotel, with a kitchenette and a

kitchen was a bit understocked

wifi was slow in the rooms and kitchen but great in the lobby/patio/cafe

that being said they do offer parking in their garage which looks secure

breakfast, wifi

staff, slow wifi, no gym, and a strict no-guests policy made for a disappointing stay

the wifi is very unstable

the breakfast buffet was outstanding, various hot options, usual eggs but other noodle and vegetable

very good wifi connection, cable tv with international channels

wifi is slower than expected for a 5-star hotel

small gym

the bar is not a place that invites you to spend time there.

the gym was nice and the lobby was lovely

room service was excellent

location, size of rooms, staff, breakfast, valet parking

loves the gym's weight training area

spa is separated for men and women

no playzone for kids

excellent service from all staff, particularly room service

wifi is very weak, i had to move to the reception in order to get signal

wifi is very weak.

very helpful. laundry very reasonable. good value inclusive breakfast.

laundry service

the wifi could be improved too, reception wasn't very good inside the room, it is better on the hallway

breakfast was amazing and we had daily room

smell inside was really bad, walking past the kitchen from the parking lot was the worst

parking was great enough space for a big or small car

wifi could have been better, but very similar to other hotels i have stayed at in south america

and we had a lovely bath with rose petals

good breakfast included in the price. decent rooms. not fancy but clean and okay for the price.

breakfast is buffet style, so there's plenty to eat

overpriced laundry service

breakfast included was ok

good budget hotel in a great location with a decent breakfast.

breakfast was limited but i really liked it

the breakfast could be a little better - but it was fine.

good breakfast, secure parking a big plus

good breakfast, secure parking a big plus

terrible wifi

comfortable sitting areas, great breakfast

breakfast was delivered to my door, i was able to store my luggage and they helped me call a taxi

breakfast could improve a bit, it was very simple.

they did our laundry for a fee, and we were able to leave a bag in a secure area while we went to another area

also worth noting that they offer laundry service at reasonable price and return within same day if given early

breakfast included was nice and the staff were very helpful arranging tours and laundry

very nice facilities, security, bar restaurant, excellent hotel food

we booked a junior suite, what was supposed to be a large room with a spacious bathroom and a fireplace
