the spa was superb, the location marvellous and the hosts vinny and dominique made it feel like home

there is no meal provided but we had use of a large fully equipped kitchen

one small thing to note is that the cold plunge (in the photos) was not in service and the pool and area around

we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and beautiful walk by the river

in the house facilities: hot steam room, sauna, swimming pool, yoga studio, professional equipped kitchen,

its clean.. the lady was polite... and the lady from the restaurant gave the password for wifi..

and we paid for wifi

the location was perfect for our reason for being in granby. plenty of parking available.

arrangement - we had to choose between options which was confusing and unnecessary especially for kids

wanted to order room service from our room and both hotel restaurants said they had no more room for clients or

the online menus mentioned an 15% room service fee, but when we called to order in, we were told it was an 18

was expecting room service, like someone to make the bed and fix the room, but i did not have that

friendliness of the staff; the comfort of the room; the convenience of parking and location near highway and

very friendly staff and loved how it was pet friendly! good price!

no gym - manager told it to take a walk outside since the gym was
