its clean.. the lady was polite... and the lady from the restaurant gave the password for wifi..

the spa was superb, the location marvellous and the hosts vinny and dominique made it feel like home

there is no meal provided but we had use of a large fully equipped kitchen

one small thing to note is that the cold plunge (in the photos) was not in service and the pool and area around

we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and beautiful walk by the river

in the house facilities: hot steam room, sauna, swimming pool, yoga studio, professional equipped kitchen,

couldn t use the pool or hot tub way to many kids in small area

bruised apples at breakfast.

the continental breakfast was very basic, but good

right beside the highway and if you eat there macdonalds was right across the parking lot

quiet, modern, spacious, in an excellent area right off the highway, helpful friendly staff, pet friendly

our room had a kitchenette with dishes, cutlery, small fridge, microwave

extra warmth in the den bath not a shower pool gym just what i need and of course breakfast...

we had a kitchenette in our room with separate second bedrooms

also wonderful experience of outdoor spa pool and indoor swimming pool when outside was minus 20 degrees

parking was easy

partial lake view rooms have no views and are looking at a parking lot

instead, we were given a room facing the parking lot

the outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, making my experience

fact that there is no in room refrigerator makes it difficult with kids

nice pool

was expecting room service, like someone to make the bed and fix the room, but i did not have that

, great breakfast choice with friendly attendant, fridge with same freezer for freezer packs, parking outside

grounds were very pet friendly and place was kept very clean

the staff were very friendly and helpful. rooms are clean. the breakfast was great

pet could not be left in the room so we couldn t go out for dinner

check in, laundry on site, good breakfast, very accommodating staff, ground floor easy access

would have been better if it had some family friendly areas like a pool or playground for kids to be entertained

was classic continental the night clerk was down right rude i had pre booked a cot for one of my kids to which

parking was a bit tricky but enough spots for guests.

we had the separate cabins, was great with the kids

pet friendly

the wifi was slow and lagging. we had a hard time connecting and staying connected.
