gardens were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and both the breakfast and lunch were superb

everything. just that there is no phone for room service..

the swimming pool is too close to the restaurant.

they accommodated us with a late check out request

wifi didn t work

partner was happy about the treatment of spa and facial

before and it’s worked perfectly for getting away from home to work and rest away from our kids

breakfast was way too expensive and i didnt know about the free wifi

1). the bed is worn out. you must replace the mattress 2). bar fridge must come standard

there are no porters to assist with the bags, no room service

prices of breakfast are exorbitant.

spa staff ill equipped

breakfast was generous

parking to be a little bit closer to the reception.

breakfast & 3 course meal dinner was excellent

meaning i spent all my time getting room service- even when the dining hall wasn't occupied

and large corner tub, quality toiletries, comfortable chairs, apple tv, fresh flowers, mini bar, wifi, etc

outside the garden pool and sauna invite you to rest and recover

the gardens and the pool are a dream

they should have bar fridge in the rooms

good wifi

toilet had flushing issues - wifi had a very weak signal and couldn't connect for us in the suite - a bar fridge

using an app to access the gate is not great especially because it requires data/wifi.

the outside pool was under construction which we didn t know about until our arrival, so we did not have a

swimming pool to small

breakfast, the room was super clean and well kept, room service ud83dudc4c

breakfast could be better with more options for people that don't eat meat, e

no separate entrance or lane for hotel residents to access the casino or restaurant but you must wait on a long

parking was secure, garden was well kept with reasosnblke bird life

the kids enjoyed the space and it was very close to malls and amenities

staff in the kitchen kind of made us uncomfortable, they made us fee guilty that we ordered breakfast and that

the cleanliness of the rooms. breakfast was perfect.

clean ,comfortable and safe parking

the pool and the view of the room looking into the pool staff communication cleanliness

central to everything, spacious and lovely kitchen, parking easy to access to the the room and on top well

kitchen facilities are limited in the apartment.

there was no wifi even though they said there was

parking acess, only one tag was provided for 4 guests.

i think the paraplegic parking need to be attended to.

my room was more a studio, with a full kitchen, which i appreciated

to the reception desk, (after we returned from approximately four hours away, i was told that the laundry had

helpful staff, great breakfast

i did not use the kitchen but if i stayed longer it would be the perfect

room including a kitchen

breakfast was top-tier

secondly, the apartment is fitted with a little kitchen (which includes a stove and microwave) but no pots,

only thing i'd change is adding a gym area

excellent laundry service

the rooftop pool and bar are also lovely, plus the breakfast was delicious
