particular room was next to pool so smelled bit like chlorine

pool was too small, there was always a large family (8) utilizing the pool so we never used it as

also we were told we couldn't use the pool last night but after we got out , others went to the pool and they weren't told to get out

if any of the guests have visitors and she told me she seen me and my daughter sitting out by the pool but she never told us from the beginning about this at check-in

it was comfortable. pool was fun

my family enjoyed the heated indoor pool. the complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious.

staff was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, the facilities were great

i enjoyed the breakfast every morning. the staff was very helpful and professional.

key cards would not operate at outer doors no biscuits/gravy on breakfast bar

maybe to be informed that the shuttles were on the hour back to the airport in the morning

only thing i was disappointed about was i needed airport shuttle

they offered a shuttle to the concert at at&t stadium which was much appreciated

breakfast was kind of bland and never enough but it was a busy weekends

they were accommodating for a late check in and a late check out

electricity kept going in and out and there were many tiny roaches in the room even in the walls, kitchen table, multiple in the floor

the breakfast was amazing, so organized. and everything tasted so good

clean. great breakfast. good location

2 cozy fire pit areas were very nice and the gym and pool were to our surprise

ask for some change to do laundry late in the evening from front desk and they make u feel as if your a nuisance

can even deal with the hot air inside the lobby and indoor areas due to the laundry and whatnot

the drink vending machine was broken as well as the laundry supply vending machine

also, the front desk should either have access to the laundry room at all times, or keep fresh towels behind the desk

my family there was only three good things about this stay, we got early check in without anything extra; the check out person was very sweet
