good place allowed late check out

requested a non smoking room but once i got to the room it smelled like an ashtray

area was horrible , the grass was overgrown , there were homeless people sleeping in the parking lot , there

bed is to high for a accessible room. that was my only dislike for the room. breakfast, agh...

very quiet and pet friendly

the wifi never worked i couldn t connect to it the whole time so i couldn t get a lot of my work

no continental breakfast as advertised, only black coffee with generic powdered creamer

need to due repairs to roomie know it's a smoking room but they need to charge the people if they ruin obgets

there was a hole in the wall by our bed, there was no wifi and there was bed bugs eating us up

location was a demilitarized zone, there were piles of garbage in the parking lot from the re model

breakfast it was awful honey buns and coffee really?

no amenities, fitness room, pool, etc. no working tv in room and no one to address tv issue.

only thing i would suggest is extending the breakfast hours

no hot breakfast -no eggs/cacon onky toast

non-smoking should mean non-smoking, it should not smell like cigarette

then they put us in another room and the air conditioner didn't work, and the wifi was so weak we couldn't use

a sketchy lounge at the entrance, appeared to have long-term renters hanging out in parking lot and from upper

laundry facility was on site so i was able to take care of my laundry from our 2 week road trip to

they are currently under construction so the parking lot is a mess.

the area didn t feel safe, lots of homeless and shady people on the parking lot, making lots of noise through

they should give everyone a refund since there s a laundry list of complaints
