i love the comfort, breakfast, and the atmosphere. this is my go to hotel when i am in the area.

remote in our room stopped working and the paper towel above the kitchen sink was very scarce and should have

had very bad wifi signal. i am not happy for this.

i got a smoking room so i wasn't expecting thier flag ship room but it was bad

never got a chance to relax in the hot tub due to so many kids

the rooms and meals are wonderful, plus they have an indoor pool for the kids

there was a group of kids making noise most the night up and down the hall

for a late check out and they were happy to let us stay an extra hour

a/c in the room was leaking, the carpet was wet from the leakage and the kitchen was leaking

the refurbished suite set up kitchen/bath floors sounded sticky walking on it,no elevator so carry everything

we went to dunkin' donuts and left them in the kitchen in the box over night and ants took them over

it has the mini kitchen and the freezer kept my ice cream frozen

comfort of the suites, full kitchen, access to laundry room, and less then a mile from the mall

the new cook had a kitchen fire and smoked out the hotel at 4 in the morning and the whole hotel had to be
