close walking distance to the beach (and pier which is now closed for renovations) * allowed early check in which was helpful with the kids * free

price and location and dog friendly. accommodating with a late check out. one free parking spot.

pet fee is a bit steep 20% rather pay 10-15$ per pet and don’t bother with doggy snack bag

i wasn't aware of the $25 pet fee, so that surprise wasn't ideal.

they were nice enough to see if they had any rooms ready for an early check in which was very convenient especially for what we were doing that day

does emphasize in various places to keep the noise level down after 10pm and even closes the pool at 8pm for that reason as well

the view out the window breathtaking hotel with great views, great food close by and staff and pool all
