were very friendly and we loved the heated indoor pool

every day, the breakfast was hot and ready, our room was cleaned and beds made, and it was in a perfect location

pet fee wasn't included in the hotel cost

the bunk beds were awesome for the kids but there was no privacy for the adults

what else can i say, i visited with my wife, 3 kids (ages 16, 14 and 12) and my 2 in-laws in their 60s and it worked for everyone

i didnt like we had ajoin room it did lock but the kids on other side keep trying to open door

the spa room was excellent

i was put on ground floor as i requested, but next to laundry room and their cart was in front of our door

i wish they had a laundry facility on-site, and maybe a little breakfast area or nook.

staff was friendly, asked for extra coffee/towels/laundry bag and we were taken care of with

breakfast area need to be more spacious. we felt congested.
