we were surprised how expensive it was to do a load of laundry.

the property was being upgraded and all very clean and well run. i liked the laundry facility.

stayed for two nights so on one night i had one of the fantastic pizzas available in the hotel's bar and on the other night i walked 5 minutes to the thomas daniell for a meal which was also fab -

also i really wanted to book the pool or take the kids to a session while we stayed but it gets fully booked in advance to people not even on site

even though there are no facilities for the kids mine enjoyed being immersed in nature and eating outside next to the babbling stream

time in the beautiful chalet and very much enjoyed the indoor swimming pool- a real bit with the kids every day

needed for a wedding in the local area, could not have asked more of the hosts who helped with a early check in and even offered us a lift when ours was delayed

requested early check in due to a wedding and the room was ready and waiting which was much appreciated
