they had a laundry facility on site

wifi was not working great. stayed on lte the whole time.

we love having water park access for our kids and most importantly, we only come back because of your bell hop

the elevators take for ever, the parking decks don t have enough room

there was an indoor pool and fitness area

the music at the sandals bar & the bar outside, i would love to see big guns play here

one light hanging out by wires on spa, other spa didn’t work, roaches around indoor pool area, floors filthy, and property poorly

most of the food and golf courses near by were very good

options of things to do and gave tickets out to waterpark, golf, and racetrack

did not do breakfast. just needed a place to sleep overnight. room was clean and comfortable

there wasn’t a place to get change for laundry service at the hotel. room felt damp.

are a few common areas which could use a little work, like the laundry room

the kitchen fan i would say needs to be stronger for when you cook in the oven

it’s clean, the kitchen in the room had everything you needed to cook and i definitely like the spa in the bathroom

our bar tender was fantastic and our attendee was really nice on the 9th floor.

for example, i appreciated that waiters serve guests by the pool, so there’s no need to leave your spot to find lunch - you can simply relax and enjoy your

lively pool area that is well kept

inconvenient given that the beach restricts dogs during certain hours of the season, and the pool area is off-limits unless someone stays behind with the pet

plus our room was opposite the pool outside so you could hear the band and people in and out of the pool
