construction at outside pool was noisey poolside bar closed

we especially love the convenience of the full kitchen and the easy beach access

complimentary valet parking for those with handicap placards

wish the parking was closer , it was raining

our bar tender was fantastic and our attendee was really nice on the 9th floor.

my kids seen this all and when i went to the staff about the drugs they acted like they didnt care

i wished the hotel offered breakfast other than room service.

indoor pool was great for the kids since it was cool and rainy.

that the lounge was closed down no massage no room service because of virus going around

the gentleman that was assisting with parking/door etc was such a great man he had a wonderful personality and

loved the bar tender at the tiki bar

also, the property advertises itself as pet friendly, but guests should be aware of the limitations

only bad thing i could say would be there is not near enough pool chairs for the capacity of this resort

if i had to pick two favorites it would be the kitchen and the view of the beach

i loved absolutely everything from start to finish. an amazing stay with the kids..

they gave us free wristbands to the waterpark, mini golf and go karting which kept us busy and saved plenty of

the wifi signal was weak, we couldn't connect.

are a few common areas which could use a little work, like the laundry room

the staff was responsive with help via text checking in and accessing the guest laundry

the parking lot is pretty small, so it can be difficult to find a spot

the listing was misleading i booked an efficiency but the pictures showed a full kitchen so had to upgrade
