(3 nights) (-)wifi was non existent in unit 19 hot water took full five minutes to reach us (+) i also loved having the use of a microwave, fridge, and wifi (+) best amenity: surprisingly fast wifi (-)hot water at all and poor wifi (-)wifi was often down , making communication or access to the internet impossible. (-)hair dryer, no coffee maker, no slippers, no wifi, no drinking water (-)wifi is extremely terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible (-)no light bulb in bathroom, no wifi, horrible mattress, no blanket on bed, very dirty

also the room service is always available, even daily before 1pm
