(+) room service was fast and efficient (+)staff was rude we paid the stay in cash also left some amount for extras however when we ordered room service in middle of night they call us from resturant that you don t have credit and we are (-) no room service after 10pm

wifi goes in and out. shower was luke-warm my whole stay. (3 nights) (-)wifi was non existent in unit 19 hot water took full five minutes to reach us (+) i also loved having the use of a microwave, fridge, and wifi (+) best amenity: surprisingly fast wifi (-)hot water at all and poor wifi (-)wifi was often down , making communication or access to the internet impossible. (-)hair dryer, no coffee maker, no slippers, no wifi, no drinking water (-)wifi is extremely terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible (-)no light bulb in bathroom, no wifi, horrible mattress, no blanket on bed, very dirty

also the room service is always available, even daily before 1pm

room wasn’t cleaned properly, and myself and my two kids have asthma and bad allergies and we sneezed and coughed throughout our entire stay due to the

spacious room, free delicious breakfast, and starbucks.
