the rooftop bar was a wonderful added perk to the hotel

the mini bar did not work, they did not have a hair drier, we were given shampoo and soap only for one and

we stayed for 2 days, and these 2 days no of us - 2 kids and my husband, were not able to sleep well

also requested a late check out on saturday and received it with no problem

the bathroom and no hanger/dryer for the towels, which is very uncomfortable if you use pool or gym

there was a bar at the rooftop balcony, as well as a bar next to the pool area, but they were both closed, so

very noisy though we had the ninth floor since there is no kids unfortunately it wasn’t

enough thought about kids- i expected to have some special features for the them

some of the lights because i couldn't figure out how to turn them off) and i couldn't find a room service menu

there should be real, fresh orange juice at breakfast, rather than that sugary

is not a minus, but rather a wish that the bar is open not only until 11 pm and you can drink a soft
