good spa and pool

we asked from the room service at 5pm to bring us some food we got the answer the kitchen was closed

on one of the days the service at breakfast was slow and the waiters didn't seem to be on top of things

because driving up to the place, it's at the end of a quiet side street, that has a gravel parking lot, that

room was clean, spacious and the privet spa was amazing i got everything i expected

had a very spacious room and there was a free wine bar :) also, the hotel is next to the zoo and a big playground

there is also a complimentary tea and coffee bar 24/7

the kids facilities were fantastic and the close proximity to the dead sea was brilliant.

room service could have been better for 5 star standard but staff did thier best to meet our

bus station is just next door, laundry place is also nearby if you need, just everything you need is there

the colony hotel haifa, in my point of view have the best service, perfect breakfast, very clean and best
