booked this room together with another twin-non smoking room so my parents can stay there too

there is a laundry room with coin operated machines

wifi works perfectly and the convenience store on the ground floor is useful

hotel wifi is excellent and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding

they have an ice machine, a microwave, coin-operated laundry, vending machines all within the premises

rooms old, house smells from smoking. shuttle convenient but 'old' bus.

you are a non-smoker, do not book the smoking rooms

allows smoking in rooms, you can t stay a little longer (in fact, they kinda force you to leave since

has a great location close to the airport in a rural village, a lot of parking spaces in front of a hotel and

wifi works perfectly, air conditioning works also perfectly

only basic items at breakfast but the quality is good

breakfast serves warm or cold food, meat or vegetable, and various soups and drinks

first they put me in a smoking room, then i requested a change--- they did so immediately

have free parking and it really helped for us since we went with car

from the front desk, to the breakfast to the channing staff

car parking is situated in front of the hotel free of charge

so was the breakfast which was the best on our trip

the wifi was a bit slow at times

room is nice and clean with good choices if breakfast

the onsite laundry is a lifesaver

wifi is getting weak but it's ok. breaker is dying

onsen (hot pool) on the top floor with great views

we also enjoyed a nice karaoke night in the bar and had a great conversation with the barista

the spa bath and the bed are very comfortable

room service food was great

we asked for a non smoking room and got given a smoking room which smelt really bad

it stated it had wifi but it would only work in the reception

amazing breakfast and wonderful onsen

excellent breakfast. location is perfect for a rail journey.

breakfast was awesome, typical japanese style buffet breakfast with lots of options to choose from

we liked the facilities, food (breakfast) and the staff are approachable.

business traveller type hotel right next to chiba train station breakfast was actually quite nice and a bonus

numbers of laundry machine to be used especially during rainy season you have to fight with each

the room was really nice, the bed comfortable, there's affordable laundry on a couple of floors that you can

the only complaint i have is that i booked another room for my friend, and she can only stay in a smoking room

in hotel laundry facilities , good deal with flexible breakfast vouchers

2) the wifi was kind of slow, but i barely used
