breakfast was fantastic

we liked the facilities, food (breakfast) and the staff are approachable.

amazing breakfast and wonderful onsen

free breakfast spread is japanese-style with grilled fish, rice and a range of side dishes

clean room, good breakfast and nice public bath area

one of the dryer had issue & took awhile for our laundry to be done...

laundry machines were clean and convenient

coin operated laundry in the basement, which i used once - worked fine

there was a laundry coin for washer/dryer which is a bonus

reasonable price, good-sized double room (17m^2), wifi worked well, public bath, excellent and cheap thai massage

2) the wifi was kind of slow, but i barely used

in hotel laundry facilities , good deal with flexible breakfast vouchers

it was a plus having a couple of laundry rooms for guests to use

your room tv can monitor breakfast buffet crowd and laundry machines without having to leave your room

it also has a microwave, vending, washing and smoking areas set up

we asked for a non smoking room and got given a smoking room which smelt really bad

it stated it had wifi but it would only work in the reception

the free shuttle they provided were only late afternoon times.

sauna and spa facilities

friendly staff big room size and very nice open air spa at 6 floor

wasn't able to use the spa due to my tattoos

the hotel wifi is unstable and can go offline sometimes

the spa bath and the bed are very comfortable

room service food was great

the laundry facilities were equally unhygienic, with machines dispensing dust upon opening

wifi speed is sooooo slow, and it often gets so slow it's unusable

wifi still uses the wep encryption which is not accepted by some operating systems, so i couldn't

wifi internet too slow or not available especially for rooms at the end of each corridors

small parking.

the location was great. they have a free parking which is great .

lack of wifi in the rooms was a negative

the hotel was clean and the wifi very good
