laundry hours

i have a pet dog and a service dog and they're always welcome here, but against what the advertisement

room was clean and bed was comfortable except for pillows. nice to have an onsite laundry

laundry facility is open between a certain time 9am-10pm which doesn't make sense because you have

tried doing laundry and it was like a maze to get there.. we never did laundry lol.

no breakfast, understandable w/ covid. pillows were huge

we appreciated the breakfast that included a hard-boiled egg and yogurt

poor breakfast

wifi was not available all the time

the breakfast was ok with steamed eggs, yogurt and fruit

very clean, safe accommodations with ber friendly staff members, and free parking.

counter and cabinets in the kitchenette were clean but dated

is a bit of a ways away from seattle and it can be easy to miss the turn going in to the hotel parking lot,

kitchen area was adequate

wifi was weak in parts of my room

great staff, clean room, fast wifi, brightly lit parking lot and excellent location.

arrival, i was told i booked a smoking room and that to book a non-smoking room will be an extra $10 fee

when i went looking for the smell, after my kids were already asleep i found trash and old nail clippers under

king bed, nice towels, easy ac, lots of tv channels, reliable wi-fi, handy parking, friendly staff

the free breakfast was very simple but adequate for a budget hotel

plenty of parking

did not stay long enough for breakfast, but we saw a refrigerator with microwaveable breakfast foods

breakfast ok- may be hot sausage gravy and biscuits on the menu.

no wifi

the facility was extra clean, newly renovated, had plenty of parking and the wifi was great

it was comfortable the beds were nice pool was clean

suite was perfect size for our family older likes enjoyed pool

in addition to the full kitchen in our room, it just made the stay that much more enjoyable

pet fees are too exorbitant

the pool and fire pit areas are super clean and attractive places to hang out outdoors

breakfast had wide selection of goodies

the hotel and room did seem clean. enjoyed the gym

breakfast !

could hear kids running in hallway, back and forth.

parking lot is a little sketchy

the restaurant and room service staff were unfriendly and unhelpful

with other family members trash in the games room for a few hours no pool and a very basic gym yet $38 resort

no pool . no access to spa facilities unless you purchased an expensive treatment .

going for more an upscale vibe, the food wasn't our favorite; and when we tried to order room service for a more

be a tight timeline with a 4pm check in, we called ahead asking if they could accommodate an early check in

room service?

parking given the volume if folks who were only there for drinks and a meal made overnight and

loved the tiki bar and pool. loved the art and gardens.

hotel checking, bar accommodations, bar staff, and breakfast

no room service and the restaurant service is extremely slow.

to work on the drainage system in the parking lot

very friendly staff..nice pool, and hot tub

excellent breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff.

great options for breakfast and close to everything in bothell and highway

it was convenient having a bar and small restaurant in the lobby

did not do breakfast, protein short sugar/carbs long

breakfast is great as well

great if you have a pet

kitchen, room and breakfast was the best

the only issue seemed to be that breakfast was luke warm. the coffee and juices were great.

stink bugs in my room and no wifi working in my room, if i stood outside with my phone then i could receive

free wifi didn't work, staff didn't seem to care about this, a little far out of town

nearby, wifi didn't work, the other comments about the area are correct

a little leary of the people hanging around the parking lot. the outside windows were not clean.

quiet, soft bed, had a fridge, microwave, sink, wifi, shower, soap, and good locks

desk, the room was great for doing a little work speedy wifi and spacious

needed to study for exam i was taking nearby and wifi didn't

no selection for kids

location was great. also the availability of a gym and laundry.

great workout room and free laundry

parking was pretty small and can be confusing with other hotel right behind it.

however, once in the parking lot we saw high fencing and lots of security cameras on the parking lot so felt

comfortable rooms, great location for my needs in town but honestly the best part was the ample breakfast each

the staff was wonderful, the breakfast area was clean and had fresh, good food.

few parking spaces, but still found one

wifi was almost comically slow

25$ pet fee is excessive. pet fees should be prominent in booking.com searches.

we heard everything plus their music and kids through the bathroom vent

the wifi connection is very bad.

breakfast was good

tvs (the walls are paper thin), you have to pay per night for parking, you can t even get free wifi without

after we left the gym we were forced to endure cold showers

we had our two children with us (6 and 10) and this absolutely did not/could not fit two kids

were never enough towels in the gym

staff was super! so nice to have bar and restaurant in lobby!

it advertised a pool but the pool was not open

free wifi and free parking

breakfast was okey, i wouldn't call it amazing but it had what was needed for kids and others and it was fresh

room was comfortable and quiet. the kids loved the outdoor pool area, pool was perfect temp.

wifi sucked

a little noisy, thin walls. rooms off parking lot.

quiet tons of parking space has a homey feelung:)

wifi was not free but it wasn t a deal breaker

wifi is very fast.:-)

there is a laundry room but not able to use it

no laundry service on property

view, pet friendly, some cool bathroom fixtures, you can open the lower portion of the window for air

they have a great restaurant and bar with a amazing game at seattle

excellent interior design and bed was extremely comfortable. decent gym

staff was super friendly, great facilities such as the gym, conference rooms ecc ecc

spotty wifi

loft room is great for families- spacious, well-equipped kitchen, table that s actually big enough for 4 people

the living room area with the kitchen had everything i needed for dinner and they served coffee and tea 24/7

while the hotel was a hostel-style lodging, with a shared common room and kitchen and shared baths for some

we also enjoyed the common area in the attic with a small kitchen and many tables

room unapologetic staff no restaurant service as advertised spa receptionist had no knowledge of products on

beautiful boutique room with fireplace.

always a nice place to come back to and the club attached to the hotel is fantastic-beautiful pool, steam rooms

is perfect, ballard is cute neighborhood and hotel is super clean and gorgeous, especially gym is fence and very

needs a security bar in the shower. your older guests will appreciate it.

the craziness in parking. lot but all staff in top of it n improving it

provide minimal utensils, not charge, that's just ridiculous, and along with charging for better wifi

the wifi is limited to only 4 gadgets so if you have a big family with lots of gadget choose wisely

gym was closed due to covid, which is understandable

kitchen in unit

the spa was actually the main reason for our stay and was nice

no gym or fitnees room

all of the amenities (gym, coffee, etc) are not in the hotel

gym was quite far out in a separate building and was a little complicated to exchange a room key

woodmark hotel and still spa is a divine oasis of tranquility and serenity

pet friendly as well, our dog enjoyed her stay with the dog park just a few steps away

the kitchen had everything i needed also

breakfast could be a bit more diverse. the gym could be better equiped.

gym could use some love, and wish i didn't have to pay for parking.

registered online with a pet option and were given a price

facilities were outstanding, check in and out super smooth, bar, canteen, gym

the canteen and kitchen had enough options over the course of a 4 day stay

very friendly staff that was available 24/7. kitchen and bar were always open

the other citizenm properties i've stayed at, the bed was super comfortable, the wifi was great, the staff was

the gym underground is also great
