felt bar as you enter hotel priced maybe 25% too much

be a tight timeline with a 4pm check in, we called ahead asking if they could accommodate an early check in

the food and service was great. the bar area is very convenient for ordering food and drinks.

parking was very difficult this stay. very busy!

the pool is huge, warm and the tropical tiki setting is adorable

loved the tiki bar and pool. loved the art and gardens.

no room service and the restaurant service is extremely slow.

the toilet is low and so easy for kids to use but might be great for a position of what i heard to squat and have ease to go to the

guests in 202 with 6 kids & 2 adults were utterly horrible; allowing the 6 kids to run up & down hallways screaming

breakfast was okey, i wouldn't call it amazing but it had what was needed for kids and others and it was fresh

pool was not working, and there were no elevators so had to change my room to the first floor

ants in room. cable kept going out. kids ran up and down hall all night.

loved the studio with kitchen and even a microwave and garbage disposal!

we were very excited about having pancakes for breakfast using the kitchen, but there was no skillet anywhere, we checked every place possible and had to wind up

there were some cleaning issues in the kitchen

also, free laundry facilities for guests is another bonus

happy that they gave us early check in as well

it kind of ruined our anniversary, as it was fraught with worry over how to buy groceries for our kids because they took all our money and we are waiting for a refund so we can buy food

staff were friendly! and gym

quiet, soft bed, had a fridge, microwave, sink, wifi, shower, soap, and good locks

free wifi didn't work, staff didn't seem to care about this, a little far out of town

two beds in the room, fresh towels, clean bathroom, parking lot was well lit

clean, had a refer and micro lots of parking, mid week though.

i used the laundry while here and everything was clean and functional

i have a pet dog and a service dog and they're always welcome here, but against what the advertisement

it was a fairly long stay so having a nice kitchenette was essential, as well as the laundry facilities

the hotel had a great laundry room

laundry facilities needs major improvement; only 1 of the six clothes dryers actually showed signs

all of the amenities (gym, coffee, etc) are not in the hotel

gym was very far to navigate and freezing (temp was on 63 degrees and not changeable)

few times, there were no gym keys left

woodmark hotel and still spa is a divine oasis of tranquility and serenity

loved the pantry raid from 10pm- midnight ud83dude0a spa treatments were wonderful as

staff was super friendly, great facilities such as the gym, conference rooms ecc ecc

rooftop bar was hopping- but it was annoying for hotel guests to have to go all the way down to the lobby

rooftop bar is nice if like an excellent view

included $15 toward my use at the bar or at their small breakfast/lunch area

our kids wanted to sit on the bench with the windows open, but they are too rambunctious

loft room is great for families- spacious, well-equipped kitchen, table that’s actually big enough for 4 people to sit and eat

heavy noises of all kids smoking and having sex all night near our room #202 no tv and loud noises all night

its huge, very well equipt and has a full size pool, courts and classes (plus a spa) (+)neighborhood location, free access to quality gym next door including an olympic size pool and excellent hotel service (+) loved the health club too and pool and (+) wish we d brought our swim suits for their awesome hot tub and pool (-) but do not get fooled by the vision of its nice swimming pool, there is a very strict sign-up policy that apparently opens every month (+) always a nice place to come back to and the club attached to the hotel is fantastic-beautiful pool, steam rooms, sauna, whirlpool (+) yoga class, lap pool and work out areas

i do not eat breakfast.

breakfast ok- may be hot sausage gravy and biscuits on the menu.
