on sight vending and laundry

was totally peeling, faucet dripped, no security -back entrance doors were unlocked, kids running through hallways at 1:30 am, no coffee/tea pot or

i liked the layout of the hotel, had laundry and snack machine in one area.

asked for late check out and was denied

the breakfast was

we came to chicago by train, took the blue line to o'hare and we were picked up by the hotel shuttle

it has a gym and an access to pool

shuttle service ends at 10pm and breakfast starts serving at 6am

gym was too hot and the ceiling was too low, so that if you wanted to do a pull-up, you would have

broken& heat not on when i entered room also when i used laundry same box of empty pizza was on a non working washer coffee grounds in

had a microwave in the first floor and a laundry area

the nice lovely rooms that it has i really like how it had a laundry room and a elevator

laundry on site, restaurants in area that deliver, parking close to rooms, pet friendly and even

quiet clean order to room laundry

good it has a pool so the kids could burn off some energy

great location easy to get to we parked at wally park and shuttles kvee

there was nothing in the room to let me know how to access the spa or where it was

restaurant, bar and food store offer healthy, and delicious meals, and pastries

flight left very early so it allowed him to sleep in a bit and we did not have to wake the kids to take him to the airport
