made other arrangements because when i pulled into the parking lot, it looked like a homeless encampment

people roaming around in the parking lot made me a little nervous

1st room was with a kitchen (thought great), but it stunk of old grease and had black mold

felt very unsafe for me and my 3 kids and husband

honestly he should either find a new job or work in laundry

also, the hardwood/tile/non-carpeted floor wasn t good for my dogs to manage when trying to get off the bed

and why doesn t a four star hotel of this size offer room service

no room service , no valet parking , no restaurant no snacks

they claim to be pet friendly (although i've never brought my dog)

all of the amenities (gym, coffee, etc) are not in the hotel
