pool needed cleaning

the location is very good, only thing was key didn't work for laundry room but no big deal it was day of my

didnt like the staff the check on lady was rude and disrespectful they charged me a early check in fee witch i

surprised with the made to order breakfast and 2 free drinks included in cost of room

they gave us vouchers for free drinks at their bar and the breakfast was great

it was nice to catch up with our friends and the guys played a few rounds of pool

the exterior hallway to get from the parking lot to the room had a broken down laundry tub with sharp, broken

hotel is ran by nice staff and pet friendly thats the reason we choose red roof they are fairly priced rooms

due to above ordeal and late hour we had to send kids to old grandparents room to sleep and that was quite

cozy, minimalistic design vibe, great hospitality, morning coffee and a cute bar with a fire place

wish the parking was assigned for the room right in front of the door but it's not too far to walk

great location. the room was clean and had a kitchenette that made it marvelous to stay in.

queen room was very comfortable, clean, having a furnished kitchenette was a bonus, but needed one more stool

minimal amenities but that s ok. the price of the wine in the bar was a bit high.

parking was fine only one other guest at motel.

nice city with great grocery near the hotel. big clean room. nice swimming pool.

they are mainly just sitting in different places (by the stairs, in the pool area, in the parking lot) talking

breakfast was good. muffins would be nice to add to menu.

unfortunatly the spa & pool were cold due to a heating issue.

the breakfast plus the free 24 hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar were terrific

the pool and gym were available with reservations and covid guidelines the staff was friendly and

very clean and the complementary breakfast is excellent. good job guys!!
