families with kids would love it if they had to stay in due to bad weather

the location is ideal, we had room service and always went to the restaurant the food is incredible

i couldnt get a snowball at the bar but apart from that great

however if our kids were older it would have been

no option of early check in even though hotel was not

my comments on bar check in, once you were in your room you instantly forgot you were on top of a pub and it felt

the hotel also had ample parking spaces

tv wouldn’t get a signal and sky wasn’t working, no hot water in the sink to wash, kids running up and down past room door screaming, bathroom had mould around the seals, car park

minor niggle - the spa was some distance from main building so that was a little off-putting.

gravel path down to our cottage accommodation and spa was quite precarious and my wife slipped once on way down

we used the pool, gym and massage

one or two mosaic tiles were adrift in the pool
