local eateries (i loved cece's mexican restaurant) and facilitating my use of the hotel's laundry area

only one-way stairway access, had a hard time trusting the elevator open doors with dirty laundry everywhere

elevator was broken, there was laundry piled in the lobby, the trash was over flowing

breakfast was very good.

charged hotel service fees for a shuttle we didn t even use

breakfast, airport shuttle very nice, let us back into our room after our flight got

our room didn t receive room service the next day

dirty and staff need to walk through periodically because too many wild unruly and unsupervised kids

alternative pool was available at a local gym

pool hours are terrible!

staff was super friendly and the kids had a blast at the pool which was well managed and clean.

breakfast was good, kids like the pool and hot tub was great for me and my husband.

the following morning the breakfast was really crowded with kids, there was a lego convention going on
