was a little tough to find, but once we located it, we realized it was enclosed, and opened to a pool area, hot

the room was insufficiently cleaned including someone else's hair and laundry found in the bathroom upon entry

it was quiet, great wifi and i was able to order a fantastic pizza and even borrow a wine glass from the owner

beds were incredibly hard, the spa was not working, the fitness center was not working

recommendation is maybe another handicap spot or two on the 143 on up room side with big parking lot

the last night there was a lot of noise from trucks outside on the parking lot-5/5-5/6.

slight critic is portions of the parking lot were taped off marked as no parking

the morning breakfast was great

we didn t get to use the pool but it looked amazing

the smell of the pet friendly room

elevator was broken, there was laundry piled in the lobby, the trash was over flowing

over sink so room was dark; cobwebs on light fixtures; no ice machine in hallways-had to get from kitchen staff

pool at gym was not available as promised

cheap, conveniently located, room service from the restaurant.

pool access was sketchy we should have just been able to use the siter hotel pool

the pool was great my granddaughter love it
