i wish the bar was open 24 hours. ( no real issues)

early check in as we had family function,staff were friendly,chatty well presented help you relax,

want to help till we took it further i was very disappointed that i was told i could have an early check in as it was my wedding day and i rang to make sure it was all booked in to be told

as a family with kids i expected they would put us in a room not ext to few single guys who was drinking all night

the door doesn’t open with ease and is a struggle for senior and kids alike

staff very helpful and breakfast was buffet style but very good

lovely bar plus blues bar next door has good menu

were rude and could barely speak english - we were advised that we could have an early check in by louis and when we arrived we were very clearly told we could not in a very rude

attached restaurant, blues bar & grill was quite good, and can be ordered as room service as well

the wifi is brilliant, very fast and reliable

we requested an early check in but we’re told that this was probably

fairly early check in and late standard check out times so good value

we were always made to feel at ease during breakfast with the staff asking if we were ok and always refilling the counter

muslin curtains in my room were a little grubby and the wifi connection dropped out from time to time

the sofa beds are not that comfy for adult/teen, kids can survive

one with three beds, the rooms are separate from the pub but only a few paces away so your in the bar in less than a minute

local feel to it , garden was busy although the property situated near boy was not noisy , car parking right under the property window for us , was greater friendly and shown to the room which

on the food and service, doesn't have a lift we stopped in the family room me, husband and 2 kids the room is the furthest from the reception with quite a lot of stairs and corridors, could be

5 star, but clean and tidy , staff very friendly, breakfast was excellent and parking and central for
