service in all areas of the hotel that we used - reception, room service, cocktail bar, berts jazz bar & the great room beautiful decor & surroundings throughout the hotel food was

exceeded this by also bringing a small birthday cake with a candle, in at the end of our lovely breakfast

booking dinner at berts jazz bar, arranging a twin room for my friend and i and to booking the spa over the phone

have a turn down service which is lovely and the use of the spa is an added bonus here and the gym

dark in rooms and bar but that's a personal preference

at the heart of belfast was brilliant, easy walking distance to titanic experience and w5 for the kids, rest of town also easy to get

gym should be 24/7

a bit on the expensive side, but otherwise all good - had not realised a gym was available, as i would have taken advantage of this - i guess i can do next time

not really aimed at young kids.
