activities for the kids

most of the rooms have kitchen which is a sigh of relief when traveling with family

the outdoor z& indoor pools were great

gym: nobody was monitoring it, young kids playing on machines even tho it says 18 and older;

kids had a grrat time

older one it was very comfortable as there was a divided room for bedroom and other was a living/kitchen combo

didn't have a need for the efficiency kitchen but i imagine during ski season it would be great to have

two large tvs, sitting area, bedroom and separate bathroom and a kitchen if you like

cleaning glove left on bathroom floor, had to beg for towels, no cooking or eating utensils in kitchen, they

in the kitchen didn't work

only coffee and bags of garlic chips for breakfast

wifi service isn t good

maintenance needs seem to be neglected here: door lock is broken, wifi doesn't reach the room, toilet doesn't

spa didn t work properly and wasn t close to eating area,just was to far out the way than what

given that we were a group of 17 with kids and teenagers, they accommodated us in every way

they have all i needed for my family and kids love the surroundings nature all around

she brought us plastic cups as soon as we called the front desk and fixed the spa tub for us when we could not

hot water in the facility and it all came out lukewarm, which reduces the enjoyment of a spa tub

i didn t like that the game room and laundry room was closed

pool was nice and warm, there is a restaurant next to the hotel and great location.

wifi didn t work

this motel could use some updating. very good staff. breakfast was very good. lots of choices.

the spa tub was big and worked well

loved the balcony and the spa tub. please it was quiet with a nice view of the mountain

the jets didn t work for the spa tub, pieces of the wall were falling off and the lock to the outside door

the decor was pretty and clean. the spa tub was amazing and the building is lovely overall

that upon booking my stay, which is unacceptable when you are bringing family with you and little kids

nice balcony. windows in rooms that open. close to everything in town. secure parking

parking was limited, the wifi was either poor or decent depending on your location & no one ever came & cleaned

and the ev charger is a huge plus for us - we're traveling in an electric vehicle

liked everything room is clean services fantastic best thing i liked about it was the bar and the restaurant in

honorable mention- the pool, hot tub, and gym looked clean and well-maintained, though we didn't use them

wifi offered but no info provided in room - network appeared unsecured

the towels were very scratchy, the wifi connection was horrible, the toilet bowl was very stained, the shower

had difficulty loading and unloading belongings because of huge non- draining wet area in parking lot

the staff was wonderful, from check in to the bar and the waitresses

the villa was wonderful with a clean jacuzzi, cozy fireplace and two large tvs

parking lot was a little tight to get around other cars

have used closer or on premise ev chargers, the next closest were a little far for a non local
