the spa tub was a plus!

jets in spa tub did not work which was disappointing and part of the reason i chose this suite

the jets didn’t work for the spa tub, pieces of the wall were falling off and the lock to the outside door didn’t work and

spa tub (half the reason i booked here) did not work

extra towels were left for the spa tub

great location with an awesome bar and restaurant.

location is covenient to town, room was clean, very affordable, friendly staff, cool bar and great restaurant

the atmosphere of the whole area and restaurant and outdoor bar was excellent especially with the halloween decorations

wasn't sure where check in was so just went into the restaurant and you check in at the bar

we were able to have a late check out!

we asked the maid for extra towels and were told laundry didn't get done last night

room was great, pet friendly for a cost, pool and spa made the cost worthwhile.

breakfast is always ready on time or early

the complimentary breakfast was very good with something for everyone

having the pool & hot tub was relaxing for us after our busy day

24x7 coffee and tea in the lobby pool looks great (did not use though) decent gym office area - separate room with a computer and sofas - that's the best advantage of this hotel

laundry machine broken, spa not available, no daily housekeeping in room

location and value for the money,swimming pool was great,breakfast had a large selection and was free

the spa was not working, haden't been and no schedule as to when it will be working

continental breakfast provided was just what we needed in the morning as well

i loved the tavern and sand bar the food was amazing worth the money and the sand bars bartenders were so kind and made amazing

the seperate bedroom and the spa tub at willowbrook

for a room at the tower but when we arrive they send me to another location, we went to the mini golf twice and was close, so i think this time was not worth

it’s a good space for kids to have fun and parents to relax a bit

they changed my reservation to a different room without the spa tub and charged me the same rate

be a little more parking

better then camping. parking is convenient. quite location

there was a kitchenette but not even a roll of paper towels nor was there a pen or pad by the phone

bedd was clean & warm. the room had a kitchen & seperate living room.

loved the 2 rooms and the kitchenette

kitchen area was a plus

didn't have a need for the efficiency kitchen but i imagine during ski season it would be great to have

i think there could have been more variety for breakfast.

property was truly dog friendly with a reasonable pet fee

there also was a pet fee of $15 per pet per night that wasn't stated when i reserved the room

the breakfast was good . the room was comfortable.

they also put up a pet fee sign halfway through the weekend but did not apply it

wifi password not shared during the check-in process

had to ask for the wifi password and she acted like i was just supposed to know it

there was no wifi offered

front desk no wifi motion sensor i the room i covered it the lights kept going on and off i the bathroom the room

was barely cleaned, had to go to laundry room to request a spread, floor & mirror dirty, fridge left open (to defrost maybe

not good for family and kids smoke cigarettes and other at the rooms.......

it's a wonderful hotel, wonderful staff clean rooms, there's laundry here one dryer and one washer, a couple of vending machines, and ice machine
