they offered guest laundry, which i look for in every hotel we stay at

spa tub was broken to turn the water on/off and the hot water took to long to get hot the shower

the one part that really sucked is the jets didn’t work in our spa tub

much to like i made arrangements for early check in with office but it was not communicated and no rooms were available until after 3pm

i turned on the shower n the middle of the floor and ultimately i seen a bug crawl behind the kitchen cabinets

what was advertised was not what i got, no kitchenette, just a microwave and mini refrigerator.

does not have kitchen so you really depend on the few restaurants around

the size of the room was nice. i liked that it had a kitchenette.

clean room. no pet fee. basics. very friendly staff.

only thing, is that pool it’s closed and the hotel don’t have breakfast, for the

pool area is run down and pool was not filtering, was very disappointing.

i would suggest re-thinking the metal pool furniture for dallas in the summer.

the kitchenette

they have every supply u need for a kitchen but nothing to cook on and it isnt sound proof

no carpeting in the room, but the floor was not clean

the comfort of the bed the quietness they size of the room with kitchenette area

there was washing machines, and a little kitchen area (it was extremely useful since we bought a stovetop to cook stuff)

the manager was nice and waived the early check in fee

the customer laundry room wasn't available to use due to it was out of order supposedly

the 'laundry room' was so dirty and it stank

the staff was nice and was pretty flexible with late check out

and i was grateful for the onsite laundry

when we checked in, there were what looked like plain clothes cops

clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds, great wifi, perfect location close to downtown and the breakfast was exactly what you need to start the

i booked our stay i called and asked was the pool open they responded with yes so we booked

swimming pool was outside and bed was too firm.

i didn't like the weather of the stay bc the pool would of been great...lol

here, love the way the hotel had pretty much everything we needed from the view to having a bar downstairs

breakfast buffet was excellent, the suite was great and large and overlooked the pool which was

staff was great getting us checked in early and when we need a late check out last minute they were very accommodating and gave us all our options

it was hard for us to find the pool no signs until we finally walked through the whole thing
