they offered guest laundry, which i look for in every hotel we stay at

t know if it was a misunderstanding from me but, i thought i got told my room (#109) was a non-smoking room

is convenient (close to the interstate, gas station in walking distance and mc d s across), pet (no fee) and

there is only smoking rooms wich stink

bathroom was not clean,room had a bad smell of cigarette i requested not smoking

spa tub was too small for two people comfortably

bed very comfy. shower large and spacious. wifi was stable.

spa area spacious room and bathroom plus desk and chair area it was nice!

housekeeping didn't make the bed...and the parking was a little inconvenient.

we also had to ask for a hairdryer, and our faucet was broken in the kitchen

they have every supply u need for a kitchen but nothing to cook on and it isnt sound proof

no carpeting in the room, but the floor was not clean

staff was extremely helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and there were plenty of free parking spots

lady did not read my reservation and still charged me a pet fee even though i showed a letter of proof that she

necessities like wifi, table lamps, hair dryer, bible, locks on bathroom door,smoke detector, laundry iron

i didn't have any breakfast.

to the gym and pool from the north tower, sign says 4th floor, no mention you need to go to the central

i like when there is a mini bar in room but everything else was top shelf!

never had any problem out of the staff i feel as biggest this hotel is you guts can have a better pool
