much to like i made arrangements for early check in with office but it was not communicated and no rooms were available until after 3pm

spa tub was broken to turn the water on/off and the hot water took to long to get hot the shower

the one part that really sucked is the jets didn’t work in our spa tub

the mirrors and lights were pretty dope as well as the spa tub

one king bed and a sofa bed when i asked for sheets blankets and pillows the property had none my kids had to sleep with one sheet no pillows it was a horrible

starwood hotels at check in which allowed me a club level pass for a happy hour, complimentary breakfast and wifi

gym was great but not nearly convent for those in north tower, as well the wifi was very poor in

washing machine room vending machine takes cash only for laundry powder.

the 'laundry room' was so dirty and it stank

the customer laundry room wasn't available to use due to it was out of order supposedly

i haven’t been able to stay at a hotel with hot breakfast in a while i think that’s what i was looking forward to the most, nd it was good

the size of the room was nice. i liked that it had a kitchenette.

i turned on the shower n the middle of the floor and ultimately i seen a bug crawl behind the kitchen cabinets

does not have kitchen so you really depend on the few restaurants around

what was advertised was not what i got, no kitchenette, just a microwave and mini refrigerator.
