stayed saturday night and the whole parking was full and they were sold out which means they re good

the parking is good

closed free parking just outside the hotel

it s pet friendly and served a purpose.

the bed. the pillos, although they had a weird shape like if they got ruined when in laundry.

free wifi and cable/satellite tv channels

you might have some guest checking in that can be a little rude, fighting for a good parking spot or they ll

parking is a pain.

wished there was more parking, but always had a spot.

they let me do a late check out at no extra cost.

horrible parking area and hard time trying to leave out

i appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room, plus strong wifi and cold a/c all the little things

checked in easy after driving 3 hrs it & was parking free it was perfect a king bed

it had led light behind the bed frame. it was also close to a lot of stores. parking was easy.

free parking, good location, nice room

it was a room that locked, with a bed. plus free parking

parking was good

there was no parking, sheets were stained they smelled, no blankets it was so cold, the walls so thin we could

there was also free parking at this hotel which helps a lot

the place has 7-8 parking spots for guests and it's first come first serve

the parking lot was well lite. the room was large with a mini fridge that was ice cold.

no wifi

small bathroom (not enough space to put your things). wifi sometimes not working properly.

no troubles parking quiet peaceful getaway

only things that i didn't like was that they have bad cable service, bad wifi connection, no free breakfast,

friendly wasnt hard to find parking felt that my car was safe

just a blind spot when leaving g the parking lot but always exit out with caution.

is courteous, price is affordable, location is convenient, parking always available, private

clean room, comfortable, wifi worked excellent

staff is welcoming and helpful, we had a mistake in our booking (we somehow booked a smoking room) and they

i was able to pick smoking or non-smoking room

best customer service in this area for sure . fast and cheap . comfy fast wifi

area around the motel is a little sketchy and if it wasn't for their parking lot, it would be hard to park

random find , has a a smart tv i originally booked randolph but found this better than randolph parking etc

it had a fridge and microwave & free parking which were a plus

parking

considering the amount i paid, it felt like i only got access to a parking space and a bathroom, which is really

small parking lot.

parking is terrible and hard to find

the parking lot was to where your car would be blocked

parking is easy and the front office features modern payment and technology

parking was easy and a plus

recently remodeled. clean and comfortable. attentive staff, safe parking

it said it was a kitchenette but didn't have a microwave

brilliant facilities. felt safe in the complex. free parking. clean. would 100% recommend

small parking lot

didn't get a chance to have breakfast, entrance too tight for pick up truck and so is parking...

the blinds look nice but let in too much light from the parking lot lights

stains, there was hair all over the counter sink, towels had stains on them, description said non smoking but

parking, there isnt enough parking and we had to park our truck outside the hotel, which isnt the

parking was bad, unfriendly staff, wifi didn't work.

parking is limited and very tight quarter

close parking to room

i appreciated the accommodating parking

parking was bad, unfriendly staff, wifi didn't work.

parking lot is small

poop all over parking lot.

at 2 i had to wait an hour and 20 min to check in and the room didn't have a tv remote and the parking lot was

floor was filthy and the room was smokey (we booked a non-smoking room

the ada parking space

we could use the parking place in front of the room.

small parking

parking was limited room size

fewer parking spots than rooms so

parking it very limited

close to usc so it s good for families visiting kids studying in usc rooms are quite spacious and 2 twin bed

the lack of a laundry room was a pity but the fact that a microwave was provided when i asked was amazing

i also liked the filtered in the gym

the pool and spa were clean and well maintained

the location and they are pet friendly. pretty room size. the cleaning staff were great!

like that it's clean, every room has a min fridge, microwave, comfortable beds, always free breakfast

the pool wasn t in use

breakfast could ve have been better

the pool being closed.

has very large comfortable room, good facilities, hilarious yard, parking, small delicious breakfast, and nice

when you are jetlagged also windows not very sound proof could hear people talking on the street room service

the bar was beautiful

the rooftop restaurant and pool were so cool

bar tenders on the roof top made excellent drinks

no room service at night. we arrived late and there was no food or anything open

the rooftop bar and pool were really relaxing (+1 for the heated pool, good drinks, and amazing food

no cocktails on room service!

pool area is small for lounging, but was a welcome place for cocktails after 5:00 pm when it closed

the decor was amazing, rooftop pool, loved the room

a week and i found myself at the hoxton for meals each day and hanging out more at the rooftop pool there

visitors from the streets walking into the parking lot

there was a lot of people on the parking lot

affordable, comfortable memory foam mattress, clean rooms, air conditioning, free parking ,dollar soda machine

staff very friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner and breakfast the next day

the bar downstairs is great for that last soda or other drink you might want

just that bar right outside, a little slow to check in but no issues otherwise

there is a little bar right next door, which was nice

here - there were essentially 2 rooms that were joined, along with a small living area and a kitchen

wife and kids loved it

the bed was comfortable and loved having a full kitchen/fridge

the kids enjoyed the big outdoor heated pool and the hot tub is huge

having a swimming pool and basket-ball field is a plus for the kids

lage, zimmer, pool

rooftop bar with pool and a gym in the basement

the gym is not the best but the rest was all good

the wifi works semi well

have been nice to do some night time swimming, but the pool closed too early and my kids were not allowed on

we traveled with our pet and we where in the pet friendly floor

was no parking when i first got there, the attendant didn't want to go have the person who was taking up

parking was very tight the hot water in the shower wasnt working the sheets had cigarette bud

loved the parking space

and don t get me started about parking l

the wifi was slow or not working

loved the view , bar , room everything was perfect

the gym was the best gym i ve seen at a hotel

the pool has changing hours and the hotel is a little confusing because it s 2 hotels in one.

the view was nice. comfortable. gym was great!

having to pay a bar minimum to get into a club but aside from that it was a good time.

one of the best hotel gyms i've been to

the location wasn t the best. lots of activity going on. wouldn t recommend if you have kids

it also has a nice open rooftop bar with stunning views

there was no staff presence at all the terrace bar was empty, and the same applied to the pool area

the pool area was nicely decorated, clean and had great decor

wifi was very slow and i had to keep reentering the network and password

hotel bar was cool too

the staff was amazing and accommodated our request for early check in.

was no room service for breakfast; i was told that staff was too busy between 8-9am to provide room

no pool.

the staff was friendly and provided excellent service for the parking and early check in

room, swimming pool

was no hint of the $125 pet deposit until we got to the hotel

the only thing that bothered me is the small gym

i wish i didn't have to go back home to work and kids. the nomad was truly luxury escape for us!

i was also really impressed with the cleanliness of the common areas like the gym or the downstairs seating

food at the bar was not great, there was no thermostat in the room and it got very cold, and there is no iron

a chilled designer style lobby and bar area

fast wifi with bar/food options available in lobby 24/7

stable wifi and the fact that the ceiling is higher than in other citizenm locations

great bed, linens, big room. nice toiletries, great burger from room service.

the restaurant that is attached isn't the greatest. i suggest room service!

the bar staff (jordan) was very helpful and provided great service for our evening meal and drink

room service got my order incorrect and gave me extra of something when i ordered one of something

room had no working telephone, the bathroom was too small and room service not available at the

complementary wifi if you don t book directly with sheraton

around and you had to call for towels it don t be enough in the room and there is pool for the kids

friendly and helpful staff nothing was too much trouble the gym was very good and great views very comfortable

rooftop gym w great view

just several blocks away are target, h&m, zara, and la fitness, but or the fitness sheraton's gym & fitness

business centre is a bit dated; there is no wifi in the business centre

we got upgraded to a very large room for our 4 party group. a/c, pool, gym ,etc.

bar wine prices were pretty steep, $16/glass

check out the pool and gym

most amazing place to stay, beautiful building, fantastic service , lovely pool would recommend this place to

i ordered room service for breakfast twice and both times the food was tasty and plentiful

to find something not to like but the pool was a little lackluster

room, comfortable bed and excellent wifi

great location, seamless check-in, very clean and loved the decor, modern, the bar and restaurant were great,

pet friendly)) the facilities were all good

large room, super nice staff, great spa water in the lobby

i wish the spa were open and the grand cafe.

we went with kids this time and although we didn t plan to use the pool, it would have been nice to have the

didn't get any room service after 1pm over the 3 x days even after asking reception twice.

the shuttle service made up for the cost of valet parking

the wifi is slow and will drive you crazy - i actually switched to the cell network

it s difficult to do that kinda stuff with kids

kids are not allowed to go to the top in the evening, to see the city by night, because then the

down side was that the mini bar wasn't stocked, you had to order it from the front

way to maneuver through the hotel was odd and took some adjustment wifi was not as strong as i would have liked

gym and spa included

$30 night, cheaper then they charge so it worked out but not so much fun lugging everything kids/pets/stroller

so the kitchen was operational

i appreciated the room service everyday and the cleanliness of everything

it was really helped alot specifically i traveled with kids
