breakfast was a bonus, room was large and clean. my kids loved the fun artwork on the walls.

it was a little disappointed as we were expecting to go for a swim with the kids in the morning, but the water was way too cold for us to be able to do so

i felt safe as a solo mom traveling with small children and had plenty of room to keep the kids (4 and 2) occupied in the room for long periods of time

had issues with kids running up and down the halls unsupervised

the breakfast was not good the coffee was not fresh

pool was closed and the kids were disappointed

the complimentary breakfast was very odd and unlike other locations. we chose not to partake.

they have to bring back breakfast…like it was a buffet before covid

what i liked the most was that the it was close to hersheypark and that they offered breakfast

asked a breakfast gentleman staff for any suggestions for apartments for rent in the area and he took the

picky but it was almost 100 degrees outside and the pool was ice cold ❄️

from 7 am and through the morning, there was constant people noise, slamming doors, kids yelling down the halls'then the maids show up

children loved the pool, i loved that i could see them clearly from our room through the windows

pool was under maintenance, but it was good excuse not to freeze in the early morning.

and it gets nippy once your out of the heated pool, so i recommend turning up the heat before u get out of either pool

room was dirty, had a funky smell, half the spa jets did not work, there was leftovers in the refrigerator, bugs in all the light fixtures

close to the highway and the casino.

we did check out the 'gym' and that wasn't worth using

went for a weekend getaway, shops, casino and horse racing
