we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the staff person at the front desk was very helpful

it was a little disappointed as we were expecting to go for a swim with the kids in the morning, but the water was way too cold for us to be able to do so

no pet fee and easy check in with a dog

the hotel and pool was very clean and comfortable the staff was great the location was nice!

the breakfast was okay, not too many choices offered/left when we came down at 8am.

and it gets nippy once your out of the heated pool, so i recommend turning up the heat before u get out of either pool

usually travel to the poconos to reserve a private swimming pool suite

a little out dated in my opinion and no lock on the door leading to the pool room and there’s access from the outside

room was dirty, had a funky smell, half the spa jets did not work, there was leftovers in the refrigerator, bugs in all the light fixtures

only complaints would be that there was a cutoff time for laundry, the pool/hot tub were only open until 9pm, and there was black stuff floating in the hot

i am driving a 16' moving truck and easy arrangement to park were made for me
